Relaunching this site as a working journal

I rebuilt this site from scratch. The old version was a stock theme with placeholder posts; this one is meant to be lived in.

Two ideas drive the redesign:

The homepage should never be stale. A scheduled job reads my public GitHub activity every day — recent repositories, language mix, contribution count — and writes it into the page. I don’t have to remember to update anything; the “Currently building” section is always current.

Writing should feel good to do. The layout is deliberately restrained: near-monochrome, one accent color, a serif reading column. I can open a small editor, write, and hit publish from anywhere — phone included — and the post appears here minutes later.

The best system for writing daily is the one that gets out of your way.
